My Story

Certified Functional Nutrition & Holistic Health Coach

I made the exciting decision to leave the classroom and pursue my passion for health and nutrition. I completed Certifications in Functional Nutrition and Holistic Health Coaching (FNC, CHC), building on my previous Certification as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).

Health, nutrition, and wellness have always been central to my life. I was raised in a health-conscious household, but my own personal journey began at age 12 when I was rushed to the hospital with excruciating pain. Hours later, I learned I’d had a gallstone attack and needed immediate surgery to remove my gallbladder. Afterward, the only advice I received was to “avoid fatty and greasy foods.”

Despite the surgery, I didn’t give much thought to what I was putting into my body. Like many teenagers, I loved desserts, fried foods, and raiding my friends’ pantries for the snacks we didn’t have at home. I brushed off frequent stomach aches, painful periods, bloating, and intense mood swings as “normal” for my age.

It wasn’t until college and beyond that I truly began to understand how deeply food, habits, and lifestyle choices impact our overall well-being. Since then, I’ve walked through challenges including chronic inflammation, leaky gut, severe bloating, hormonal imbalances, mold toxicity, parasites, and even autoimmune conditions.

Now, I’m passionate about supporting women who want to feel good from the inside out, women who are ready to fuel their minds and bodies with intention and create healthy, sustainable habits that actually last!

My Philosophy 

I believe health and wellness start with a holistic approach. By focusing on whole foods with minimal ingredients and preservatives, we can nourish the body in a way that supports energy, hormones, and overall well-being. To me, sustainable living means creating food and lifestyle choices that are realistic, enjoyable, and repeatable so you can feel your best every day without relying on quick fixes.
